Mr. Kamal Khetan is a true visionary. The inspiration in his story comes from the fact that Mr. Khetan was no different from us. Hailing from a normal middle class family, he created his Sunteck Empire and attained success as a real estate marketing pioneer the hard way rather than just simply inheriting it. Kamal Khetan hungered for success and attained it through endeavour and patience.

However the road to success was no joy ride. Mr. Khetan was forced to overcome a number of obstacles before finding the smooth path to success. Even though Mr.Khetan began his venture into Sunteck Realty Limited in 2000 it wasn’t until 2005 that Sunteck Realty began its fore into the residential real estate market. With his tireless work ethic and innovative thinking Mr. Kamal Khetan revoltionised the Sunteck engine.

From the commercial industry to the residential segment, he still craved something more. His craving was appeased in the form of the luxury real estate. Through this vision came the goal of constructing world class residential spaces in Mumbai. This venture first began with the construction of Signature Island an elite offering in the Bandra Kurla Complex Area in Mumbai.

In Signature Islands Kamal Khetan wanted to give the power back to the residents by providing huge empty apartment spaces without any interiors. At first the pundits wrote Mr. Khetan off as a lunatic, rubbishing the fact that empty apartment spaces would be sold at such a tremendous price. But Mr. Khetan resolve was unwavering, he realised his innovation would bring him nothing more than success.

Signature Island has since then won awards for its excellence as a luxury real estate project. As his projects took flight so did his identity. Today Mr. Khetan has the rare honour of being listed not once but twice in Forbes list of India’s 100 Most Richest Men. Today Sunteck is one of the top listed real estate companies in India with tremendous potential for growth. Such success wouldn’t be possible had Mr. Khetan’s resolve been fragile.
