As per industry reports, Mr. Kamal Khetan’s Sunteck Realty is
expecting sales revenue of approximately 1000 Crore INR in a span of next two
and a half years. The revenue will be obtained from the four new Kamal
Khetan realty projects that have been launched by the company in
Andheri, Bandra Kurla Complex, Navi Mumbai and Borivali. These projects have
been launched as an extension of Sunteck’s strategy to provide high-end
residential homes in micro markets of the city.
According to Mr. Kamal Khetan, the company plans to develop
these four projects and get revenue of more than 1000 Core INR by 2017. His company already boasts of a development
portfolio of around 25 million square feet spread across 24 projects. It also
includes 4 rented assets.

Sunteck Realty Ltd achieved new heights. He started the company in 2000 and
